All orders entail respect for our general conditions and terms. Orders are made by email. With regular clients verbal orders are possible and can be made by telephone.
Every Customer should identify himself with a valid identification.
Prices are in euros and exclusive 19% VAT. Loose rental is to be paid cash or on our bank account in advance. With regular clients, delivery on account is possible. Invoices need to be paid strictly within 14 days after the invoice date. In the event of a late payment, a penalty will be claimable. This penalty will be calculated on a day- by-day basis from the day following the due date on the basis of 0.5% overdue interest rate per day. All additional costs made by Squat Deluxe Berlin after the first reminder are to be fully charged from the client. At this time the rental will cease and the equipment shall be returned immediately to the renter.
1st day > 100% of the day price. 2nd day >150% of the day price 3rd-7th day > 200% of the day price 8th-21st day > 300% of the day price 22nd day-1 month > 400% of the day price 1 – 2 months > 600% of the day price 2 – 3 months > 720% of the day price
Any order that is cancelled 5 days or more before the out date will be billed at 25% of the value of the order. Any order that is cancelled within 2 till 5 days before the out date will be billed at 50% of the value of the order. Any order that is cancelled within a period of less than 24 hours before the out date will be billed at 100% of the value of the order.
The customer takes on full responsabilty for the equipment from its handover from our premises and agrees to return it to Squat Deluxe Berlin in the condition received from the company at the date agreed with the company. The hired equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and the client must have the technical skills required to use the equipment correctly. In case of damage or loss, The customer shall pay all costs required to repair the equipment. Such costs shall include labor, material, transport, parts, or new replacement value in case the equipment is not repairable. Additional rental costs can add to these costs in case Squat Deluxe Berlin needs the equipment for a different job. Squat Deluxe Berlin has the right to choose where to repair the damaged equipment. In case the customer finds out that the equipment is not working properly or damaged, customer should not use the equipment and contact Squat Deluxe Berlin directly. Squat Deluxe Berlin will try its best to find a replacement or a solution for the problem.
The return date agreed on is imperative and delays do not benefit from a downward sliding scale in the rate. Days of delays are therefore billed as full days with an addition of all the costs made by Squat Deluxe Berlin due to the delay . Any extension must be notified 24 hours in advance and can only occur with agreement from Squat Deluxe Berlin, otherwise it will be considered and treated as a delay. Squat Deluxe Berlin has the right of access and check up of the rented equipment during the whole rental period Squat Deluxe Berlin has the right to access to the equipment and to recollect the equipment in case of a delay in the returning date .
The hired equipment cannot be seized by third parties acting with respect to the renting client. The renting client undertakes not to modify any parts or distinct signs placed on the hired equipment. The renting client undertakes not to transfer possession of the hired equipment in any way. In case of sold products, products will remain Squat Deluxe Berlin property until perfect payment is made through full encashment which alone leads to transfer of ownership. Squat Deluxe Berlin has the right of access and recollect the equipment in case of late payment for sold products.
In case the customer is arranging transport by himself, customer should have safe and proper ways to do that. Squat Deluxe Berlin has the right of refusing to hand over equipment in case the transport is not suitable. Squat deluxe Berlin can give proper advice for the safe proper way to transport equipment.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of a hire or sale or service contract, Squat Deluxe Berlin has the right to chose the selection of domicile and juridiction within Berlin Germany.
